Hydrotechcentre was founded in 2013 as a company providing engineering services and supplying equipment to metallurgical enterprises.

The company was created by a team of experienced specialists with the necessary theoretical knowledge and many years of experience working at leading Ukrainian enterprises in the fields of marketing research, management, design and engineering, as well as author supervision of the manufacture, installation and commissioning of equipment.

Quality

The technical department specialists perform high-level quality control of product manufacturing at all stages of production, as well as final product inspection before shipment. Documents (test reports) are drawn up for each hydraulic cylinder, reflecting the results of inspections confirming:
the chemical composition and mechanical properties of materials;
the conformity of geometric dimensions and surface roughness with the results of strength and tightness tests;
functional tests;
the quality of the coating and packaging.
Test reports and product acceptance certificates are duly drawn up, recorded in the registration log and stored in the technical department for 5 years.
An order passport confirming the quality and compliance of the products with the terms of the contract is drawn up and transferred for each hydraulic cylinder unloaded.
The following information is entered in the passport:
– main technical data and characteristics;
– completeness of delivery, marking;
– storage and preservation conditions;
– acceptance certificate, manufacturer’s warranties;
– operating instructions, recommendations for maintenance and scheduled work.
The following documents are attached to the passport:
– drawing of the hydraulic cylinder;
– list of rubber products;
– detailed drawings of quickly wearing parts (subject to additional agreement).
